5.0 documentation contradictory regarding RHEL7 support on s390x

      5.0 Production Notes - Supported Platforms - s390x shows ✔️ for RHEL 7 on s390x, but 5.0 Removed Platforms says that 5.0 removes support for RHEL 7 on s390x.

      Based on SERVER-53727, it appears that we intended to remove support for RHEL7 in all released versions, but have not yet, because that's blocked until we finish support for RHEL8.
