      Hi Team, 

      I hope you are well. 

      I am opening this ticket as we are facing issues with Adobe Sign. 

      See attached screenshot. Mirela Halilovich and Jillian Gillespie are receiving an error message stating that they accounts have been deactivated. 

       

      Could you please verify?
