Scala: Examples for transactions use outdated API version

      WIth v5.0 of the manual selected source code examples here demonstrate API that is not 5.0-compatible. The giveaway is the use of the Completed type which has been removed after the v2.8 of the Scala driver. An as can be seen in the Compatibility Matrix, driver v2.8 is not compatible with MongoDB v4.4 and newer.
