    Description

      Original Downstream Change Summary

      This change removes support for concurrently authorizing as multiple users. Since all drivers enforce this by design, it is not expected to have a meaningful impact on normal use cases.

      Description of Linked Ticket

      As discussed in the closeout meeting for deprecate authentication as multiple simultaneous users, there was a request to create a ticket to address this in 5.3. In place of a new project / scope, we will track work on this ticket.
