      Description

      We just released version 2.2 of the Rust driver, which adds support for change streams and bumps the minimum supported Rust version to 1.51.  Version 2.2 fully supports up to MongoDB 5.3

      As a user, I see the MongoDB and Rust version required to use v2.2 of the driver.
