      The new `moveRange` command must be documented (the documentation page should be similar to the `moveChunk` command).

      Description of Linked Ticket

      Purpose of this ticket is to add a user-facing `moveRange` command that will follow the same flow of `moveChunk`(router -> CSRS -> shard). The command to invoke on shards is the `moveRange` command added as part of SERVER-63761 that will be renamed to _shardsvrMoveRange.
