I got an error when I tried to follow the example https://www.mongodb.com/docs/spark-connector/current/structured-streaming/#stream-to-a-csv-file-from-mongodb to write stream data from mongo to csv via mongodb-spark-connector.

I raised a ticket to the spark team and they told me that the example provided is invalid. Write stream to CSV is not support at all.

I think we should update the example in the doc to provide a valid example to demonstrate how to use the write stream feature of the spark connector
