[SERVER] FCV Upgrade to 5.0 from 4.2 has a typo

      There's a minor typo in this section of the docs for FCV upgrade. To upgrade from 4.2 to 5.0, it meant to tell us to first upgrade to 4.4 and then to 5.0. But instead, the page says upgrade to 5.0 and has a link that refers to itself.
