[C2C] Mongosync will not support FLE2 for GA

      Mongosync will not officially support FLE2 for 1.0.0.

      Known limitations are that creating a new encrypted collection during CEA will cause mongosync to crash. Other operations on encrypted collections may succeed, but are untested.
