In the limitations page: https://www.mongodb.com/docs/cluster-to-cluster-sync/current/reference/limitations/, it has the following limitation listed:

The primary shard cannot be reassigned while syncing.

The reassigned keyword links to movePrimary, but it is probably going to be beneficial to have movePrimary more front in center in that limitation, as opposed to just being linked.
