Add "Using ConfigProviders" under Security menu of Kafka Docs

      There has been some interest/questions around how to use ConfigProviders in Kafka to securely store connection strings for use with the MongoDB Kafka connector.  We should add an item to the Security and Authentication menu. "Using ConfigProviders" that discusses how to securely store MongoDB connection strings and credentials using Kafka Connect's Config Providers
