The Server Parameter documentation contains an out-dated reference to a change in the entry for diagnosticDataCollectionDirectorySizeMB.

Specifically, it says: "Increased default size to 200 megabytes."

This seems to be a very old reference to a change made back in 3.4 - this is shown when looking at any other version of the documentation for this page.

We should remove this reference entirely.
