[Server] Selecting a version on release notes page returns 404

      Select any version from the drop down here:
      https://www.mongodb.com/docs/manual/release-notes/6.0/

      Leads to a 404.

      We should add redirects such that if the user changes the version in the dropdown, it redirects to the release notes page for that version
