Document the upgrade path from Community edition to Enterprise

      Offhand, it seems there's no doc on how to go from the Community Edition to the Enterprise Edition of MongoDB.

      Many (all?) of the features that anybody might care about in the enterprise edition (SSL, Kerberos, SNMP) require some extra setup over the Community Edition, (which setup steps are already documented; links below). I guess all I'm looking for is an entry point that links out to those setup docs under a single "upgrading to Enterprise Edition" heading.
