[SERVER] Inconsistent advice for killng index builds in v 4.4

      This FAQ documentation says "use killOp()" do stop an index build in progress.

      This reference manual says "do not use killOp()" to stop an index build in progress, use `dropIndex`.

      The latter seems more authoritative.
