[Server] setFeatureCompatibility command at bottom of 7.0 standalone upgrade page is wrong

      https://www.mongodb.com/docs/v7.0/release-notes/7.0-upgrade-standalone/ says:

      db.adminCommand( { setFeatureCompatibilityVersion: "6.0" } )

      This should say "7.0", not "6.0".
