Documentation currently states:
By default, the member syncs from the closest member of the set that is either the primary or another secondary with more recent oplog entries than the member itself. As a result, two secondaries cannot sync from each other.
In the section for initial sync. In the context of initial sync, "a secondary with more recent oplog entries" doesn't make much sense. Need to clarify what actually happens and then rewrite this section as needed.
