    Description

      We followed the below steps for installing mongo DB enterprise version
      1. root access (SUDO) is available for SS208y
      2. downloaded the TAR file from www.10gen.com/products/mongodbenterprise
      3. TAR file - mongodb-linux-x86_64-subscription-rhel62-2.4.6.tar
      4. placed the TAR file under /opt/app/p3tdac1/installables directory
      5. tar -zxvf mongodb-linux-x86_64-subscription-rhel62-2.4.6.tar
      6. cp -R -n mongodb-linux-x86_64-subscription-rhel62-2.4.6.tar/ mongodb

      Question
      --------------------------------

      1) why is "service mongod start" and "service mongod stop" not working?

      2) root access will be revoked after 7 days. how should we manage the process after that?
