Be more clear on number of mongos to use in production

      The sentence, "Typically, deployments have one mongos instance on each application server," can be misleading. If I have 500 application servers, chances are I do not also want 500 mongos as they will bog down the config servers.

      Better guidelines on the number of mongos to deploy would be nice.
