The On-Prem MMS agent connects to the On-Prem server, not mms.mongodb.com

So for the on-pre, instead of this:

- the Monitoring agent can connect to ``mms.mongodb.com`` on port 443 (i.e. ``https``.)

it should be this:

- the Monitoring agent can connect to your MMS Monitoring On-Prem server on port 443 (i.e. ``https``.)
