Add documentation for upgrading from community to enterprise

      There is currently no documentation how to upgrade from the community version of MongoDB to the enterprise version. Although the procedure is very similar to upgrading from one version to another, there should be a specific document for the enterprise version, in particular since a few prerequisites need to be met before the upgrade that are not listed on the normal upgrade page.
