Tutorials to describe fundamental user management actions

• create root user
• assign user a role
• revoke access from a user
• modify a user's access
• create a specialized role

As a second stage develop a sequence of tutorials that describe the creation of a specific kind of user using components of the above guides. These users should include (perhaps) reporting, app servers, administrators, a user administrator, a cluster administrator (etc.)

As a final stage we also need a higher-level document that describes how to strategically architect the authorization system to support a secure infrastructure.
