      http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/monitor-with-snmp/ lists the packages that should be installed for SNMP on RHEL and lists "libssl" as one of them. This should be "openssl" not "libssl". This was fixed on the http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-enterprise/ page under DOCS-1764
