Please remove references of Secret Key from MMS documentation

      I believe the Secret Key in the settings.py file of the MMS Monitoring Agent was recently removed and this is no longer required. Only the API key is required. While this change has been reflected in the MMS UI it needs to propagate to all the documentation such as:

      1. http://docs.mongodb.org/ecosystem/platforms/amazon-ec2/
      2. http://mms.mongodb.com/help/management/settings/#secret-key
