Primary Goal:

• Get Buildbot master running in DMZ so that push-triggered builds work again.

Secondary Goals:

• Update buildbot version and refactor code as needed.
• cleanup unused builders.
• include translation testing.

Stretch Goals:

• improve coverage and quality of docs-tools testing
