MMS Monitoring Agent does not auto-upgrade

      Currently our Starting the Monitoring Agent page mentions:

      This starts two processes: a parent to monitor the agent daemon and perform automatic upgrades and a child process to collect data.

      This is incorrect - the monitoring agent's auto-upgrade functionality has been disabled for a while (15+ months I believe). All monitoring agent upgrades are manual.
