MMS 2 FA is *only* supported for restore and "destructive actions"

      The docs currently don't clearly state that MMS 2 factor auth is not supported at login. They should state this and that 2 FA is coming in the future for login (to prevent such feature requests, and in case it turns on without the docs being updated).
