Some of these answers are specific to cloud mms and could be confusing to the user.

E.g. Can I set my own snapshot retention policy?
The answer here discusses pricing depending on snapshot creation. This is only true for cloud and not on-prem backup.

Also Is my data safe?
The answer mentions transmitting data to our secure enterprise grade servers. This wont be the case for on-prem.

There may be other instances in there too that I didn't see.
