Add documentation for HTTP proxy support for the Monitoring and Backup Agents

      To connect to the MMS API via a proxy server simply set an environment variable before starting the agent:

      export http_proxy="http://proxy.mms.com:9000"

      Please note that this is not a property in the agent configuration file. It is a Linux environment variable.

      This is currently supported only for the .tar.gz installs, not the rpm or deb installs.
