SERVER-4212 (fix version 2.1.1) adds 'localTime' to the isMaster() command, which returns an ISODate showing localTime on the server in UTC.

Would be useful for the documentation (http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/reference/commands/?highlight=ismaster#isMaster) to link to more info on ISODates and make mention of displaying in local TZ via ISODate.toString():

db.isMaster().localTime.toString();
