Many new users are running into the SERVER-13515, which prevent successful installation of MongoDB 2.6.0 as a Windows service using --install.

Can we add an obvious note to the docs page:

eg: There is a known issue following these instructions for MongoDB 2.6.0. Please see SERVER-13515 for steps on creating the service manually.

We may want to also include the manual setup instructions in the documentation; these steps may be useful for someone who wants to create a service definition with different parameters.
