On the page: http://mms.mongodb.com/help/, on the left side, under "Release Notes", there are 3 links:
If you click Automation Agent Changelog, all three options are still present. 
If you click Monitoring Agent Changelog, Automation Agent Changelog disappears. 
If you click Backup Agent Changelog, Automation Agent Changelog disappears. 
When on the Monitoring Agent Changelog page, the Title of the page is On Prem Monitoring Agent Changelog even though the page is for the cloud version.
When on the Backup Agent Changelog page, the Title of the page is On Prem Backup Agent Changelog.
When on the Backup Agent Changelog page, "Changelog" is misspelled "Chagelog"
