I'm not sure padding factor is described correctly.
"padding factor, which defaults to 0"

"record size = paddingFactor * <document size>."
Wouldn't record size of zero be problematic? Shouldn't the default be 1? Alternatively, record padding, as opposed to record size, could equal paddingFactory * <document size>. Record Padding of 0 would be a possible starting place.
