"Install and Update Monitoring Agent" link is broken

      The "Install and Update Monitoring Agent" link on the on-prem MMS v1.4 documentation is broken and not reachable by the users. The link keeps going back to the parent navigation link instead of the steps page that mentioned steps for install / update for the monitoring agent.
