Major - P3 On http://docs.mongodb.org/ecosystem/tutorial/configure-red-hat-enterprise-linux-identity-management/, the ssl package on RHEL 6.2 is openssl, not libssl.
Change the yum install command from
yum install libssl ...
to
yum install openssl ...
