MMS Backup needs a conceptual overview section that explains at a high level (ideally with pictures) what MMS Backup is (a service to allow you to safely and securely backup your MongoDB databases while they are live in a supported manner) how it works (we use the oplog etc.) and how the cloud and on-prem versions are related and why you would use one or the other.
