Add a note to the index build page mentioning SERVER-14758

      As a result of SERVER-14758, a killOp on an index build may not always kill the operation until after it is complete.

      Add a note to http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/manage-in-progress-indexing-operations/ to mention this.

      [Starting with MongoDB] 2.4, you can terminate any index build, including foreground index builds.
