Document missing fields from inactive queries in db.currentOp()

Per this post, inactive queries may be missing fields by design. Questions frequently come up regarding an empty ns field (I'm not sure if others are affected).

It would be a good idea to document this when discussing db.currentOp(), perhaps as a note or caveat.
