      RE: http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/configure-fips/

      As of MongoDB 2.6 the only authentication mechanisms that are FIPS compliant are Kerberos, LDAP and x.509.

      We should make clear that MONGODB-CR is not FIPS compliant and should not be used when compliance is required.
