The docs page for db.upgradeCheckAllDBs() doesn't state clearly that this command must be run from the admin database. It's implied and an example given, but it is not 100% clear.

In addition the error message output when the command is run from another database isn't documented on the manual page.

1. We should make it clear that the command must be run from the admin database (even if there is no admin database present).
2. We should also document this error message ("Error: db.upgradeCheckAllDBs() can only be run from the admin database") on the webpage and indicate what the resolution is.
