Explain why Backup cannot use the same MongoDB Server as the MMS Application Database

      There is a stated requirement that Backup blockstore and application databases be on separate instances in MMS On-Prem. This requirement has a specific flight-check to enforce it.

      There is no reason given for this and none is immediately obvious. Please explain why it exists.
