Old shell with wiredtiger will not return collection/index list

      We should probably mention this aggressively in release notes and shell examples.

      This behavior is due to system.namespaces/indexes not existing in wiredtiger (and probably not in other storage engines) and the older shell not using the listCollections/listIndexes command.
