Document that mongodump --repair doesn't work with WT

      mongodump --repair will report an error for storage engines (e.g. WT) that do not support repair cursors. Docs should also point out that it is possible that a storage engine (again, e.g. WT) may support mongod --repair but not mongodump --repair.
