    Description

There are a number of places within MMS docs that we suggest to simply delete the file /etc/security/limits.d/90-nproc.conf .

Under no circumstances should our documentation recommend deleting an OS vendor provided configuration which has impacts for all users, in cases where a pointed configuration change can resolve the issue.

      http://mms.mongodb.com/help-hosted/current/core/requirements/#ulimits

The best recommendation on this issue is that provided by Kevin on DOCS-1655, which suggests introducing further files and limits which override those in the file above for only the users MongoDB/MMS are run as.
