Document that WiredTiger does not support 32bit platforms

      The WiredTiger storage engine does not support 32-bit platforms. It would be a good idea to have this information clearly displayed in the release notes, presumably in the general compatibility changes section.

      See SERVER-16832 for the specific error message one gets when trying to start MongoDB 2.8.0-rc with WT on a 32bit platform.
