SUSE enterprise install instructions for 3.0 refers to .tar.gz installer instead of actual zypper packages

      For SUSE enterprise installation docs on: http://docs.mongodb.org/master/tutorial/install-mongodb-enterprise-on-suse/ - the steps refer to installing .tar.gz files even though we have enterprise packages available for SUSE.

      The steps would be similar to community packages here but different repo url as mentioned in DOCS-4004
