      Create an "Install a Simple Test Ops Manager" tutorial as a proof-of-concept.

      Andrew Davidson has had input from SA leadership that they would benefit from a simple landing page that makes it real easy to get an Ops Manager test up and running:

      1) install and run backing mongodb on single node
      2) install Ops Manager
      3) configure Ops Manager
      4) start Ops Manager application
