MongoDB 3.0 upgrade to WT instructions missing info on user & roles

      The instructions for upgrading to WT are missing mention of the user & roles params for mongodump/mongorestore: http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/release-notes/3.0-upgrade/

      The params should be:

      • mongodump --dumpDbUsersAndRoles ...
      • mongorestore --restoreDbUsersAndRoles ...
