2.6 upgrade docs should mention config overwrite behavior

      Regarding these instructions:

      The 2.6 upgrade instructions for Linux should mention that when using yum/rpm, any existing /etc/mongod.conf will be replaced, and the old one moved to .rpmsave (see SERVER-13563), and that previous settings should be manually merged into the new config file.
