2.4 and 2.6 replica state documentation does not list "SHUNNED" state

      The 2.4 and 2.6 documentation on replica set member states lists a "REMOVED" state but not "SHUNNED" state.

      We still see "SHUNNED" state in operation in the 2.6 software. I believe "SHUNNED" was renamed to "REMOVED" in MongoDB 3.0, so the following pages need updating to bring them in to line:
